Use your API key to submit an email. Sendy returns a job ID you can use to check its status.

We’ll handle the sending.

No AWS account, sending server, or delivery-event pipeline for you to operate.

You bring the domain and the message
Verify a domain you control, connect your app, and decide who should receive each email. Keep your DNS, message content, and recipient consent in your hands.
Sendy handles the work after submission
A persistent queue, automatic retries for temporary sending failures, and delivery feedback in your dashboard. Idempotency keys help your app retry submissions without creating duplicate queued messages.
Investigate a missing email in one place
Find the request, check sending attempts, and inspect reported deliveries, delays, or bounce details. Permanent bounces and complaints help prevent future sends to affected recipients.

The messages people are waiting for.

Your app handles the action. Sendy handles the email that follows, with your domain in the sender address.

Account access
Password resets, email verification, sign-in codes, and security notices. Keep people informed when something changes on their account.
Purchases and receipts
Payment confirmations, invoices, order updates, and booking details. Send the information users need after a transaction.
Product notifications
Welcome messages, invitations, and essential service updates triggered by what happens in your app.

Make Sendy part of your app.

You need a domain you control and access to its DNS settings. The dashboard walks you through verification before you start sending.

Follow the quickstart
  1. Verify your sending domain

Add your domain, publish the supplied DNS records, and follow verification progress in the dashboard. Your emails use addresses on that verified domain.

  2. Create an API key

Copy the key when it is shown and keep it on your application server. You can create separate keys for different applications and revoke them when needed.

  3. Send and follow the result

Connect through HTTP or SMTP, submit your message, and inspect it in the dashboard. Start with 50 free emails after verifying your domain’s DNS.

Authenticated sending, with guided DNS setup.

Add your domain and publish the DNS records shown in your dashboard. Sendy checks your setup and enables DKIM signing, so your app can send from addresses such as [email protected].

You need access to your domain’s DNS settings. Keep your existing mailbox provider for incoming email and replies.

An HTTP request. Or your existing mailer.

Choose the integration that fits your app. Both use the same Sendy account and API keys.

HTTP API

Submit plain text, HTML, or both as JSON. Get a job ID back and use it to look up the request’s status. Include an idempotency key when your app might retry the same request.

SMTP

Point your mail library at Sendy and authenticate with an API key over STARTTLS. Keep your MIME messages, HTML alternatives, reply-to headers, and attachments.

These entry options include different email volumes and billing periods. Prices retain each provider’s published currency; they are not currency conversions. Compare volume, billing period, and payment method alongside the tools your app needs. Sendy combines managed sending with M-Pesa top-ups in Ksh and no monthly subscription.

A few things to know.

Can I send newsletters?
Sendy is for transactional email: messages triggered by a recipient’s action or needed to provide a service they use. Newsletters, promotions, and marketing campaigns are outside that scope.
Does Sendy host my inbox?
No. Sendy sends email from your verified domain. Keep your existing mailbox provider for incoming mail and replies.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Top up your account with email credits when you need more. Larger top-ups lower the price per email. Every user has the same sending priority.
What happens during a sending burst?
Messages enter a queue. Sendy gives active user accounts turns as their messages become ready. Sending uses shared capacity and is subject to fair use.

Verify your domain and try Sendy with 50 free emails. When you need more, top up from Ksh 50 with M-Pesa. No subscription or automatic renewal.
