Pay with M-Pesa

Top up your account with M-Pesa STK push. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Use your email credits

One credit sends one email to one recipient. Credits are reserved while the message is queued and charged when the sending provider accepts it. A later bounce does not return the credit.

When credits run out

You need available credits to submit another email. Top up again to continue sending.

Your domain and your app

You need a domain you control and access to its DNS settings. Sendy handles outgoing transactional email; keep your existing provider for your inbox and replies.

Fair use, shared capacity

Sendy uses shared sending capacity. Messages may be queued during periods of high demand. We may temporarily slow excessive sending to maintain reliable service for all users.

Your credits determine how many emails you can send. Fair use governs how you use shared capacity. Using your purchased credits is expected; it does not reserve a dedicated sending rate.
